TENNIS COURT INFORMATION
Tennis facilities are provided for GVR members and their guests only. Please sign in prior to playing. Reservations are made seven (7) days in advance at the West Tennis Center, from 12:35 – 1:00 pm every day except Sundays. During June, July, August, and September, monitors are on duty Monday, Wednesday and Friday to take reservations. Reservations can be made in person, or by calling 625-3724. No monitor on duty Thanksgiving Day, Christmas or New Years Day. Open courts all day Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Reservation name may appear one time on reservation board every seven (7) days. Information regarding tournament play and league play can be obtained at West Tennis Center and Desert Hills courts. Courts are subject to closure for routine maintenance and tournament play. GVR reserves the right to schedule instruction, leagues, tournaments and routine maintenance.
Courts available are: West Center (6 courts: 1-4 lighted); Desert Hills (4 courts – no lights); Canoa Hills (2 courts – no lights); Madera Vista (1 court – lighted); Las Campanas (2 courts – no lights); East Center (2 courts – no lights).
All courts except East are reservation only from 7:30 am to noon.
*The clinic is open to Tennis Club members. This is a place to practice your tennis strokes and meet other tennis players. For more information call Carl Johnson at 399-4781.
