The Green Valley Tennis Club invites you to enter the Annual Coyotes VS Rattlers Tournament, January 22 - 27, at the West Tennis Center.

GENERAL INFORMATION
1. ENTRY FORMS: Entry forms are located in by Court 5, in the plastic bins, where you are signing in. ENTRY FORMS ARE DUE BY JANUARY 10 SO CAPS CAN BE ORDERED! IMPORTANT TO ALSO ADD YOUR NAME TO THE SIGN UP SHEET, AS THE TOURMENT IS LIMITED TO 48 MEN AND 48 WOMEN. IF YOUR NAME IS NOT ON THAT SIGN UP SHEET YOU WILL NOT BE COUNTED AS ONE OF THE PLAYERS.
2. MATCH TIMES: Matches will begin at 12:30, 2:00 and 3:30 each day. A schedule of matches will be posted at the West Center Tennis Hut the week before the tournament.
3. FORMAT: The format will be doubles with a new partner each day. You’ll play 3 sets or one and one-half hour, whichever comes first. Balls will be provided by the Tennis Club.
4. CAPS: Each participant will receive a team CAP.
5. ENTRY FEE: The cost is $10 for members of the Tennis Club and $12 for nonmembers of the Club. This is a good opportunity to join the Club if you’re a nonmember and apply your nonmember rate towards membership. Membership forms are available at the West Center.
6. GREAT AMERICAN COYOTE/RATTLER DINNER. There will be a Coyotes/Rattler Dinner on Saturday evening, January 27, at Desert Hills Recreation Center. The winning team will be announced at the dinner along with other prizes. Cost for the dinner is $15 per person (be sure to bring your spouse or friend even if they did not play in the tournament). Social hour is 5:30 PM. (BYOB) with dinner at 6:30 PM. Sign up for the Banquet is on the tournament entry form.
